Knorr Fix for Pasta Minced Meat Gratin

Add fresh

  • 250 g lean mixed ground meat
  • 150 g pasta (see our recommendations below this product)
  • 100 ml cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream
  • 50 g grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmentaler


  1. Fry the ground meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Pour in 400 ml of water and cooking cream. Stir in the contents of the bag, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add uncooked pasta and briefly bring to the boil again.
  3. Put everything in a flat baking dish. Scatter cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F (convection: 175°C / 350°F) for about 25 minutes.

Knorr recommends a fresh lettuce as a side dish.
