For this Knorr Fix you’ll need additionally

  • 250 g salmon fillet
  • 225 g frozen spinach leaves
  • 200 ml cooking cream or cream


1. Thaw 225g frozen spinach leaves. Squeeze it out and spread it in a shallow casserole dish. Place 250g of fresh, thawed or frozen salmon fillet on top.
2. Stir the fix into 200 ml cooking cream or vegetable cooking cream. Let the sauce swell for 1 min. Then pour it over the salmon and spinach.
3. Cook the salmon in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C). Frozen fish takes about 10 minutes longer. It tastes good with rice.
