You also need

  • 3 pork schnitzels, 150g each
  • 250ml cream with 15% fat for cooking
  • 1 pepper


  • First, place the pork cutlets next to each other in the casserole dish.
  • Now cut the peppers into even strips and spread them over the schnitzel.
  • Then stir the contents of the bag into 250ml cream in a measuring cup.
  • Now pour the sauce over the schnitzel and bake everything in the preheated oven at 200 degrees/170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
