500g lean mixed ground meat (beef and pork mixture)
Preparation
- Stir the contents of the bag into 100ml lukewarm water. Add the minced meat and mix well.
- Shape meatballs or meatloaf.
- Fry meatballs in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in an pan. Cook the meatloaf in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 175°C), for 40 minutes.
Recommended side dishes
Knorr recommends to serve with mashed potatoes and pea/carrot vegetables.
