Halloren

Halloren chocolates are a sweet treat with a long history. The Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG was founded in 1804 by the confectioner and gingerbread maker Friedrich August Miethe in Halle an der Saale. The pralines are named after the salt workers who worked in Halle in the past.

The Halloren Chocolate Factory has produced many different sweets over the years, but the most famous is the “Original Hallorenkugel”. This praline was invented in 1952 and is still very popular today.
