Preparation
for about 4-6 pancakes (2 portions)
- Pour 400 ml of milk into a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size M) and the mixture, stir until smooth with a whisk.
- Heat some margarine or clarified butter in a coated pan (Ø 24 cm). Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and bake on both sides until golden brown at medium heat. Tip: Serve the pancakes with chocolate sauce or with Dr. Oetker fruit compote, as desired.
