Preparation
for 250 ml milk (enough for 2 portions)
- Pour cold milk into a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream powder and mix briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting. Then beat for 2 minutes on the highest setting.
- Pour the cream into glasses or a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
