Here’s how it works:

  1. Put 400 g of fresh broccoli florets in boiling water, cook them for about 3 minutes and let them drain. Or let frozen broccoli thaw.
  2. Stir the fix into 300 ml cold water, bring the sauce to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Place the broccoli in a shallow baking dish, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with 50 g grated cheese (16% fat). Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 225°C (fan oven: 200°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Potatoes or rice go well with this.
