Preparation
for 500 g (=17.6 oz. = 1.1 lb.) diced meat (pork, beef or mixed)
1. Fry the meat cubes in portions in a little hot oil.
2. Pour in 375 ml (=1.6 cups) water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil.
3. Cover and simmer over low heat for approx. 1 1/2 hours. Stirring occasionally. Pour in some water if necessary.
