Leimer Paniermehl – Breadcrumbs 400g
Leimer Paniermehl is made exclusively from fresh white bread that is dried and carefully ground immediately after baking. Paniermehl is a little darker than Semmelbrösel because the bread is baked with wheat flour type 1050.
Paniermehl Breadcrumbs are particularly suitable:
- For binding minced meat dishes such as meatballs / meatballs and meat loaf
- For Mediterranean dishes such as olives all’ Ascolana, arancini, spaghetti al pan grattato
- For vegetarian vegetables and patties
- For gratinating and crusting vegetables, meat and casseroles
