- 300g mushrooms (alternatively oyster mushrooms, porcini, chanterelles)
- 10g butter

Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Mix the contents of the bag with 250 ml of cold water in the measuring cup, pour into the pan and bring to the boil.
