Here’s how it works
Cut the meat into cubes and fry it in hot oil. Then add the chopped mushrooms and fry. Pour in 150ml water and 100ml cream, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer everything over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spaetzle and a crisp salad taste great with it. Finished!
