What is needed in addition to the fix for potato gratin?

  • 500 g floury potatoes = 17.6 oz. = 1.1 lb
  • 50 ml (4 tbsp) whipped cream
  • 50 g / 1.76 oz. grated cheese

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Heat 375ml water and 50ml whipped cream, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Stir in the potato slices and cook covered for approx. 3 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 390°F (convenction 170°C / 340°F) for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

A salad tastes good as a side dish.
