Preparation
Simply peel the potatoes and cut them into approx. 2 cm wedges. Then put the contents of the bag in a large bowl and mix with oil. Add the potato wedges, mix everything well and place them side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 °C top and bottom heat/fan oven 170 °C for approx. 40-45 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Bon appetit!
