Preparation
Put the contents of one bag and the desired amount of sugar in a bowl. Bring 500 ml of water to the boil (e.g. in a kettle) and pour over the powder. Stir with a whisk until the powder and sugar have completely dissolved. Place the jelly in the glass bowl, or pour into portion glasses, in the fridge for several hours (e.g. overnight). To turn out, loosen the jelly from the edge with a knife and briefly hold the bowl in hot water.
