Preparation
Preparation advice: Infusion 100ºC, brewing time 5-8 minutes. Take 1 teabag for a cup and at least 3 teabags for a pot. Always pour boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 5-8 minutes – this is the only way to get safe food.
