Preparation
- Put the quark and cold milk in a mixing bowl. Mix briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting.
- Add the cream powder and stir briefly on the lowest setting. Then beat for 2 minutes on the highest setting.
- Pour the cream into glasses or a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
