Cream powder and caramel sugar for crème brûlée
Cream Brûlée is a creamy French-style dessert delight with a caramelized layer. Preparation
for 200 ml milk and 200 g whipped cream (for 4 servings)
- Pour milk and whipped cream into a saucepan. Stir in the cream powder with a whisk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat for at least 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Divide the cream into 4 heat-resistant molds or cups, allow to cool slightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle on caramel sugar and caramelize with a gourmet torch. OR Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Sprinkle on sugar and caramelize for about 2 minutes on the top shelf. Let the cream cool slightly and serve.
