This baking mix contains
- 280 g baking mix
- 75 g mixture for the topping
- 15 g mixture with cocoa
- 110 g cocoa-based icing
You will need additionally
- Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), some fat
- 1 gl. Sour cherries (drained weight 350 g)
- 200 g very soft butter
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 175 ml cold milk
