Description

Preparation

  1. Fry 200 g of lean minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Pour in 450 ml of cold water. Stir in the fix. Bring the sauce to the boil while stirring and let it cook for 1 minute.
  2. In a baking dish, alternate layers of sauce and 6 uncooked lasagna sheets. Start with sauce and end with it.
  3. Spread 100 g crème légère and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat) on top. Bake the lasagne for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven: 175°C).

A colorful leaf salad goes well with it.
