Description

Preparation

  1. Stir the fix into 100 ml of cold water and let it soak for 3 minutes. Add 400 g of lean minced meat and mix everything well.
  2. Form flat patties or meatloaf.
  3. Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for approx. 5 minutes per side. Cook the meatloaf in the preheated oven for approx. 45-50 minutes at 175°C (fan oven: 150°C).

Potato and parsnip puree and colorful mixed vegetables taste great with this.
