Preparation
Add fresh:
- 250 g sliced meat (veal, pork or poultry)
- 250g mushrooms
- 200 ml cooking cream or cream with vegetable fats (15% fat)
- 100ml white wine
1) Fry the meat in some hot oil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
2) Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.
3) Pour in the white wine (or 100 ml of water) and let it boil down for 3 minutes. Add the cooking cream and 100 ml cold water and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
We recommend a rice-wild rice mixture or sweet potato rösti.
