Preparation
Heat 750 ml of water in a pan, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Add the dried spaetzle and cook uncovered over low heat for about 20 minutes until the liquid has completely boiled down. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt, covered, for about 5 minutes.
