- 400g fresh or thawed pollack fillet
- 200ml whipped cream
Preparation
And it’s that easy: place the fish in a baking dish. Heat 50ml water and 200ml cream, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C/170 °C for approx. 30 minutes. Rice and a crisp salad go well with it.
