What is needed in addition to the fix for tomato-zucchini gratin?

  • 2 zucchini (400g)
  • 300g tomatoes
  • 50g reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 tsp oil

Preparation

  1. Cut vegetables into slices.
  2. Steam zucchini in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour 200ml water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese and mix in the tomatoes.
  5. Put vegetables in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven approx. 170°C) for approx. 20 minutes.

Rice, for example, tastes very good as a side dish.
