Fast and tasty can be so easy: with the Maggi Fix for creamy salmon and cream gratin, you can conjure up a delicious fish dish without much effort. Thanks to the fine note of dill, the hearty salmon gratin gets that certain culinary something. Combined with rice, boiled potatoes or a crunchy salad, the gratin becomes a tasty treat for the whole family.

The recipe for the Maggi seasoning mix already contains all the seasoning ingredients that are required for a salmon and cream gratin. The carefully selected herbs and spices are perfectly matched and give the fresh ingredients the perfect flavor. Seasoning is no longer necessary. Maggi Fix products are therefore the ideal helpers in everyday life to prepare dishes quickly and easily.

What is needed in addition to this Maggi Fix?

  • 250g fresh or frozen salmon fillet (alternatively pollock)
  • 250ml whipped cream


Place fresh, thawed, or frozen fish in a casserole dish. Stir the contents of the bag into 250ml cream. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (170°C fan oven) for about 25 minutes. Frozen salmon takes about 35 minutes to cook.

Rice or potatoes are suitable as side dishes for the salmon in cream sauce. Alternatively, a fresh salad can be served with it.
