Knorr Fix for Mushroom Lasagna
Knorr Fix Delicious Veggie Mushroom Lasagna is a seasoning mixture with which anyone can conjure up a vegetarian version of the Italian classic. With the seasoning mixture you can create a tasty oven dish in no time.
Ingredients for 3 servings
- 500 g mushrooms
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 6 lasagna plates
- 100 g herder cheese (9% fat).
Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Fry the mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of hot oil. Add the tomatoes and 300 ml cold water. Stir in the contents of the bag and bring everything to the boil while stirring.
- Layer sauce and 6 lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Start and finish with the sauce. Spread the coarsely grated or crumbled shepherd’s cheese over it. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 175 °C (fan oven: 150 °C) for about 35 minutes until golden. The lasagne also tastes good with chanterelles or other mushrooms.
