Knorr Fix for Mushroom Lasagna

Knorr Fix Delicious Veggie Mushroom Lasagna is a seasoning mixture with which anyone can conjure up a vegetarian version of the Italian classic. With the seasoning mixture you can create a tasty oven dish in no time.

Ingredients for 3 servings

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 6 lasagna plates
  • 100 g herder cheese (9% fat).


  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of hot oil. Add the tomatoes and 300 ml cold water. Stir in the contents of the bag and bring everything to the boil while stirring.
  3. Layer sauce and 6 lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Start and finish with the sauce. Spread the coarsely grated or crumbled shepherd’s cheese over it. Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 175 °C (fan oven: 150 °C) for about 35 minutes until golden. The lasagne also tastes good with chanterelles or other mushrooms.
