The quick pasta classic alla funghi with creamy mushroom sauce and fresh thyme from Maggi is incredibly tasty and can be made in no time when you’re really hungry but don’t have much time to cook. In addition to the vegetarian Maggi Fix, all you need is pasta of your choice, fresh mushrooms and 150 ml of cream and your favorite pasta is on your plate.
The Pasta Funghi from Maggi Fix contains natural spices, such as garlic, onion powder and turmeric as well as delicious herbs. In just three simple steps you can conjure up a delicious pasta dish for yourself and your family (3 portions).

- 200 g tagliatelle
- 250 g mushrooms and 150 ml cream
- Cooking accessories: One pot, one pan
Preparation in 3 simple steps
- Cook pasta and drain. Slice mushrooms.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add 150 ml water and 150 ml cream. Stir and boil bag contents.
- Cook covered on low heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Mix the pasta into the sauce in the pan and serve. Bon appetit!
