It’s that easy: Use the whisk to stir the contents of a single packet into 250ml (1 cup) of hot, non-boiling water or any liquid. Bring the sauce to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Stir occasionally. Refine as desired with cream, mustard or horseradish. The fine herb sauce is ready to serve. Simply fill into a small sauce boat or serve directly over the delicious fish or vegetable dish.
