A finely balanced mixture of herbs and spice

Add fresh

  • 4 red or yellow peppers, each ~150 g
  • 300 g lean mixed ground meat
  • 285 g canned vegetable corn
  • 50 g grated cheese (16% fat)

Preparation

  1. Cut the lid from the peppers and core.
  2. Saute the ground meat in 2 tablespoons of oil, add 250 ml (= one cup) of cold water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Remove the saucepan from the hob and stir in the corn.
  3. Fill the peppers with the mixture, put them in a mold and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F (convection 175°C / 350°F) for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

As a complement to the dish, Knorr recommends rice.
